Niharika Duggal

Niharika Duggal is a Clinical Psychologist with training in psychological assessment, psychotherapy, and evidence-based mental health interventions. She completed her MPhil in Clinical Psychology (RCI) from Amity University, Lucknow, and has experience working across psychiatric hospitals, rehabilitation centres, and multidisciplinary clinical settings. Prior to joining Adayu Mindfulness, Fortis Healthcare, she worked as a Counselling Psychologist at Fortis Memorial Research Institute, Gurugram, where she provided individual counselling, crisis intervention, and workplace mental health support. Niharika has presented her research at national conferences and is committed to delivering compassionate, client-centred care while promoting emotional well-being across diverse populations.
